Transcripts are confidential documents and are issued only when requested in writing. The first official transcript request is provided free of charge to each student. Additional copies of official transcripts are issued at a cost of $5 each. Transcripts are only issued for persons who have accounts in good standing with the Business Office. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.

Be sure and fill out all applicable information.  The request must include the student's name, social security number, approximate dates of attendance, and signature of the student.
