Church Outreach
Outreach teams are dispatched throughout the entire school year to churches all over the Missouri District and neighboring states. These outreaches provide opportunities for preaching, singing, leading worship, playing instruments, and teaching Sunday School. It is a great way for students to support individual churches and receive hands-on experience in ministry.
“On my first outreach experience, I was privileged to be a part of many different activities. However, the one that sticks out to me the most was teaching in a Sunday School class. At first I really didn’t understand the impact that we had made, but that night God filled three of those same children with the baptism of the Holy Ghost. I was able to be a part of real, live ministry.”

"One of the greatest aspects of Gateway College is in its name: evangelism! When reminiscing about the many highlights of my time at Gateway, some of my favorite memories involve the outreaches. Each outreach not only impacted the churches, but also my life. That is why we have continued to request for Gateway to come to our church year after year to join with us in evangelizing our city. Every year the group far exceeds our expectations in the impact they have on our church. I would recommend that every church host an outreach in their city. The fields are white and the laborers are few, so what a tremendous resource it would be to request Gateway to join you and your church to reap the harvest!"
